2. Who should sign up for health coaching?
Health coaching is ideal for individuals looking to improve their health and wellbeing, or someone who has a specific health issue they are looking to improve and heal naturally.
3. Why is your program 3 months?
90 days may seem like a long time, but in my experience, this is how long it takes for people to make lasting and sustainable lifestyle changes. You may have heard that it takes 21 days to change a habit. In fact, a study published in the European Journal of Social Psychology found that it took anywhere from 18 to 254 days (almost a year) for people to form a new habit. My 3-month health coaching program is designed to set you up for success way beyond our time together. My focus is to equip you with all the tools and confidence you need to reach your goals, so you no longer need me.
4. Will I need to change my diet? Do you prescribe a certain diet?
I don’t prescribe anyone a particular diet or food plan, but rather I emphasize a whole food lifestyle. I show you how to step away from processed, sugar, and chemically laden foods and focus on nutrient dense, whole foods that your body will love. I will also share recipes that the whole family will enjoy.
5. How can I work with you when I am not in the same geographical location as your practice?
Thanks to modern technology, we don’t even have to be in the same place to work together. Sessions can be conducted via phone, Zoom, or Skype, whichever is more convenient for you.
6. How do I sign up?
If you are interested in working together, schedule a complimentary consultation and let’s chat.
7. How can I pay for the service?
The initial conversation (30-minutes) is complimentary. After that, payments can be made with cash, or PayPal.
8. What if I don’t see the results I want?
If you have completed the program in its entirety and followed all of my recommendations and suggestions and don’t see the results you were expecting, I will offer a full refund.
9. What if I can’t pay the total amount upfront?
Payment installments are available.
10. What if I can’t make a scheduled session?
24 hours advance notice of cancellation is required. We can arrange a make-up session.
11. Can I contact you at other times other than our scheduled sessions?
Yes, you have unlimited contact with me during the work week (Mon-Fri) via email. I will respond within 48 hours.
