I am a wellness advocate with a passion for health, food, and mindset. My goal is to help organizations view their employees as people first and, as such, place value on empowering them with a wellness toolbox, something they can draw on to improve their overall health, and by extension, their work performance.

I am dedicated to building healthier employees and executives, as well as stronger, more lucrative corporations though the power of lifestyle education. With an education in proper nutrition; healthy cooking; exercise; sleep improvement; and stress mastery, employees thrive while increasing workplace productivity.
